Compulsory redress schemes came into force 1 October 2014 and Thomas Hill are pleased to announce that we have been a member of the government recommended scheme being run by the Property Ombudsman. (Any letting agents or landlords who fail to sign up to a redress scheme by this deadline will be committing a criminal offence which could result in a fine of up to £5,000.)
