Phil  offers a free initial consolation to introduce you to the process of arranging a mortgage and assess your needs and requirements. When you are ready to buy he will arrange a decision-in-principle with your chosen lender to give you confidence in your ability to buy your home.

When you have had an offer on a property accepted  he will submit the application and guide you through the whole process to completion of the purchase, liaising with your solicitor and estate agent throughout.

He can also help with remortgages to raise capital or improve on your current deal.
